TradeBeacon Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive the profile information that provider shares (such as your name and email). Your profile may include optional details like a display name and avatar.

Trading and usage data you provide. The Service stores data you create while using it, including trade logs, entry/exit records, profit-and-loss figures, journal entries, notes, imported CSV data, notification preferences, and settings.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing information (such as your subscription status, plan type, and transaction confirmations) but we do not receive or store your full card number.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate timestamps, used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.

Local device storage. Some features — including the market simulator — store data locally in your browser (for example, simulated candle history in IndexedDB and interface preferences). This local data stays on your device, is not personal information transmitted to us, and is removed if you clear your browser data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your trade log, P&L calendar, analytics, and simulator;
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply promotional codes;
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices) and, if you enable them, optional reports such as daily P&L summaries and weekly performance emails;
• Respond to support requests;
• Monitor, secure, and debug the Service, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Improve features and develop new ones;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the platform — including payment processing (Stripe), database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure (Supabase), email delivery, and charting technology providers — each only to the extent needed to perform their function;
• Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TradeBeacon, our users, or others;
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• Update profile details and notification preferences in your account settings;
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
